Sport Performance:
After
years of working with athletes, students, corporate clients, and seniors, I
have developed a great system for injury prevention and sport performance.
It's EASY to implement with any team or sport and is based on body weight.
I have a three-component approach for my fitness conditioning system: Dynamic Warm-up,
Core Training, and Metabolic Enhancement. Again, I do all
this with body weight alone. There are plenty of people using similar
methods, but none that I have found to be as simple or easy to implement and
manage. I've had 60 collegiate football players on a grass field doing
my program, and it worked great. Most of my work with this system has
been done with collegiate football. The first year my pilot team had
their lowest injuries in over 20 years and increasing speed and function.
The next four years they increasingly became known for explosive speed and
intense play into the final seconds of each game. Don't think body
weight can deliver? Tell that to Hershel Walker who never lifted
weights or used a gym! I keep it simple yet effective. The
results have been significant. *Used by
