Anna Mulock
Anna & Ron
Anna is one of my fittest seniors. She has a great sense of pace, balance, and coordination. When I'm observing the class and need someone to pace the exercise rep counts, I usually take my cue from Anna because she always takes the proper amount of time to assure a quality exercise movement. Anna also takes her health and fitness into the community as a health and fitness ambassador. Great job Anna!
