Cliff just started in Shape Up this year and has been really enthusiastic about quality exercise. Cliff is a great example of an Active Senior as he recently retired and decided to keep moving instead of just sitting around like many American seniors. Not only is Cliff moving--but he's moving better each day! Keeping "walking the walk" Cliff as Jack LaLanne would say!
