Ron Jones Dynamic Warm-Up DVD!
What a journey--three years to be exact! My new Dynamic Warm-Up DVD has finally arrived and is ready for on-line sales. I've been selling some copies around the country with personal appearances to colleagues and corporate clients the last few weeks. Initial feedback is very positive. Everyone likes the simple format of the warm-up movements and the user-friendliness of the DVD production.
