"YogaKids" Training Workshop

I just attended a fun teacher workshop on how to teach yoga to children called YogaKids.  YogaKids is a course by YogaFit in Hermosa Beach, CA.  I spent two days with ten female yogis as the token male in the class--hey life doesn't get any better than this!  The class and my new friends were great fun.  I learned some cool stuff on how to begin some Kids Yoga.  I can't wait to introduce yoga and yoga games to children to improve their little minds and bodies.
