Football Conditioning Program:
Post-Program Player Survey


This survey was conducted following the end of my 15-week conditioning program and administered by the remaining football coaches. I was not present during the survey.

Survey Sample Size: N=42

Summary Comments: The team found the CORE exercises to be the most helpful part of my program. Most thought the Movement Prep helped them significantly.  Everyone found the Matrix exercises very helpful and most thought my program helped them lift more in the weight room. Nearly every player thought the intensity of my program was "just right."
